Accessibility statement

Our commitment to a website everyone can use. Last reviewed October 2026.

Access Home Health wants everyone who visits our website to be able to find what they need and reach us, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, screen magnification, or voice control.

The standard we follow

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. This is the standard the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services has adopted for health care providers' websites under Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act.

What we do

  • We check pages for accessibility when we add or change them.
  • We describe meaningful images in text, label every form field, and keep headings in a logical order.
  • We keep text readable against its background and make sure every link and button works with a keyboard.

Known limitations

Some downloadable documents, such as PDF forms, may not yet be fully accessible. If you need any document or information in a different format, we will provide it.
