The only cost is a phone call
Home health is covered in full for eligible patients. Your office refers, we handle every claim, and the patient's only job is to get better.
We verify benefits and get authorizations
Usually the same business day. We tell you in plain language what is covered.
Zero out of pocket. We mean it.
We bill Medicare or your Advantage plan directly. No copay, no deductible, no surprise statement three months later.
Insurance questions we hear every day
Does Medicare really cover home health at no cost?
Yes. For patients who meet Medicare's eligibility rules, Medicare pays 100% of covered home health services with no deductible or copay. You will not receive a bill from us.
Do I need a doctor’s order?
Yes. Home health requires an order from a physician, nurse practitioner, or physician assistant, plus a face to face visit within a set window. We coordinate both with your doctor’s office.
What if I have a Medicare Advantage plan?
All of the Medicare Advantage plans we accept cover home health at 100%. Some require prior authorization, which we request for you. Call us with your plan name and we will confirm the same day.
How long can I receive home health?
Care is ordered in 60 day periods and can be recertified as long as you continue to qualify and need skilled care.
Is there a limit on visits?
Yes, and the limit is different for every patient. Medicare and Medicare Advantage base it on your diagnosis, your current level of function, how much progress you are expected to make, and the rules of your specific plan. There is no simple number we can quote on a website. What we can promise is that our case management team knows these rules well, advocates for every visit you need, and keeps you informed throughout your care so you always know where things stand.
Not sure what your plan covers?
Call and a member of our intake team will verify your benefits while you are on the phone. No commitment, no cost.
