Meet Will, Director of Operations at Access Home Health

Will has been part of the Access Family since 2019 and has been a physical therapist for about 8 years. His journey into physical therapy actually began with his own experiences with injuries. Will suffered multiple back injuries that kept him from playing the sport he loved, soccer. After finally meeting a physical therapist at age 24, he discovered a passion for helping others and decided to pursue a career in PT.

What he loves about Access

When asked what he loves most about Access, Will shared that it’s the culture of support, opportunities for professional growth, flexibility, and the emphasis on preventing burnout among clinical staff. For Will, excellent patient care means making sure patients feel heard, seen, and empowered to reach their goals. That same mindset carries into his vision for Access: creating a supportive, non-toxic work environment while continuing to provide quality outcomes for patients.

“Be quiet and ask more questions.”

Outside of work

Outside of work, you can find Will playing or enjoying soccer, spending time with his daughter and watching her learn and grow, traveling, and, of course, cooking! With a background in the restaurant industry, Will is a seriously talented cook, and the kitchen is his happy place. For him, cooking is more than just making a great meal; it’s a chance to slow down, get creative, and unwind. Cooking is truly his form of Zen!
